DoS attacks via Abuse of Functionality vulnerabilities
Shows abuse-of-functionality flaws escalating into denial of service. Power Phlogger's extchange.php renames the application's .php files to .php3 on a direct request, breaking the site. Remote-fetch services at regex.info and SlideShare can be aimed at a large file and, lacking anti-automation, be run in parallel to overload both the fetching service and the file's host - a bidirectional DoS.
